Get there between 7:30 and 7:45 am during the week... you'll probably be the only one in line(besides me, of course). The staff used to be a lot faster .. not sure what happened. The staff is still great :-)
The line is always long, but the staff is excellent in handling big crowds! Woohoo!!- Not the friendliest group of people. Don't expect excellent customer service. Usually a line that takes forever as well..

Nice people but probably one of the slowest Starbucks I've ever been to.
