New ramen place in Fremont, not quite "traditional" but still very tasty. Black Garlic Ramen was tasty, and I've come back for more.

My gf is somewhat of a ramen connoisseur and out of all the ramen houses in Seattle, she loves the meat here, the most. I for one love their chicken katsu.

The chicken karage & ramen are great! The rice entre was ok only didn’t really feel “Japanese”.

the pork belly is marinated and super umami tasty. they are kid friendly as well.
