SteveJune 29, 2016Italian beef is best in the region. This South Loop location is mobbed at lunch time, making it a risky pick if someone back at the office is monitoring how long you're at lunch.

This is the slowest, least efficient Portillo's in the entire state. That being said, it's still Portillo's so you know it's 🔥🔥🔥
You’ve got to order your food on the app and pick it up; the line inside is only slightly less of a nightmare than the drive-thru.

Sylvia BrownSeptember 9, 2016My sandwich was suppose to be a grilled chicken sandwich but it mainly was a mayonnaise sandwich with a burnt piece of chicken. Thank God this is not a normal thing for them.
Chocolate cake only...they have changed. Fish sandwich is over cooked and burgers and fries are not the same
