Insanely slow, was there for 3 hours on Christmas Day. Amazing views, make a reservation. High priced food, but not worth a long wait. Wouldn't recommend unless you have a lot of time to waste

The shrimp in the cocktail was over cooked, the oysters were just fine. Basically what we expected in a tourist trap area like pier 39.

It has a very nice view and the food and service is ok, but not what I expected for the price.
