The best noodles ever! I even like it better than Ippudo (in Tokyo). Would consider exchange roasted pork with something else next time if possible.

My first time at Hajime. Great atmosphere and the food was awesome, servers are very attentive. I recommend this place for Soba and more.

Wasabi Shoyu ramen is amazing and the sake selection is really good. You can’t go wrong here no matter what you order.

I've been coming several times and noted that they have gained popularity. With that, their quality has gone down. My noodles were were hard and bunched together and egg was cold.

Tasye is same as Umaido, it is okay. Service quality is low and slow. They cook slow, too. If you see 3 parties in front of you, takes at least half hour until you get food. It is unusual for ramen.
