Be warned hop-heads: this brewery focuses on classic lagers, smoke beers, and European sours. In other words, tricky stuff prone to flaws that lesser brewers need all those hops to cover. They're only offering 3 beers right now & no IPA. But the Lager is really clean & creamy. The rauchbier was good too but I'm not into smoke.
