Always a great workout. It's the cycle class that gets me working the hardest. Staff and instructors are always a pleasure. The nomad location has full locker room so it speeds up the shower wait.
I've never encountered any rude staff, everyone has always been pleasant and friendly. There's free water, fruits, hair ties, whatever you might've forgotten! 🚲
Great studio, people are friendly and helpful. Water and fruit are provided.
