- Completely rebuilt in 2016, so all previous tips no longer apply. Huge new gym, nice pool, lovely spa, cafe, kids' adventure area and running track.
- Recommended: Eddie's classes on Mon, Wed & Fri at 9.30am. 1/2 hour track, 1/2 hour gym and 1/2 hour studio doing circuits or toning. Women only (yes, Eddie is a woman too!) and v friendly atmosphere.
- A full range of sports facilities for a relatively small centre. Unusually, it I includes track and field, parkour and a creche
- The treadmill next to the cross trainers is better than the others. It has a built in fan and a pause button. The track is sometimes closed for sporting events, ring ahead and ask.
