모든 여권 자동출국심사 👍👍 근데 다른 터미널과 달리 게이트마다 보안 심사가 있지는 않음 Automated immigration checks for all passports and there’s a single security check point unlike other terminals where there’s security at every gate

There is no Skytrain yet to move from/to T4. Prepare extra time as you need to take a shuttle bus. Nonetheless, beautiful!

Changi Terminal 4 is one of the most modern airport terminals in the world. Check-in, bag drop, immigration clearance and boarding is self-service. Airport staff are very helpful. Highly efficient.

Smoking area. At the arrival hall (level 1), follow the sign to Arrival Pick-Up. Towards the end of the hall (after the taxi queue), keep a look out for this “Smoking Area” sign on your right

Everything is fully automated from checking in, baggage stowage to immigration clearance. An airport of the future. Of course, there are still staff on hand at various points to render assistance.

The bus to the city is at Level 1 - via the basement 1 underpass. It's opposite the arrival hall

Organized and clean. The airport personnel are helpful. As a first timer I didn’t find any difficulties coming over in this country.

Food Court here is under FOOD FARE so just present your NTUC card to get 10% off. Food here is generally very expensive, on weekends also hard to get seats.

Shutter bus to T2 is available and depart every 25mins. T2 gate 51 is where you board to return to T4.

Fingerprint scanning is still a bust... and just take all your liquids out - they will make you pull it out for inspection anyway

Prefer to park at Car Park 4A - on level 2 and 3 there are direct link bridges to the terminal building.

The duty free in the arrival hall is terrible. Only a fraction of the options that were upstairs in the departure hall.

Security is centralised and at the entrance. Expect delay at rush hours, unlike other 3 terminals.

T4 is a disgrace. Automated gate clearance keeps failing to scan fingerprint properly. Baggage scanning is extremely slow. I hope they buck up soon and not become another SMRT.
