They're really good with beginners and they're very knowledgeable. So much so that their modifications seem almost psychic. I was definitely a skeptic at first, but have since reconsidered my stance.
What sets Bikram Yoga Andersonville apart from some other studios is the staff. They get to know you and are sensitive if you have any physical challenges. They are great!- Tried bikram yoga for the first time & they are so friendly. Especially for a first-timer, I felt totally at ease. Weeknights seem to get pretty crowded, so I prefer going Saturday mornings when I can
