Great equipment vs other gyms in the area, but just prepared to have your personal space violated.
This gym charges upwards of $50/month but doesn't offer wifi!?! You kidding me? PNW (pka Gold's) we need our music and our music is on the cloud. Give your customers wifi!
The gym is well stocked, but you're likely to spend half your workout setting up weights because they aren't put away properly.
Better to go in the morning, it gets pretty crowded in the evening and stuffy sometimes
You pre-pay monthly for your membership and they don't give refunds. If you get injured or sick be sure to time travel to suspend your membership ($10/mo) or cancel before you pay. Even after 2 years.
Best gym around. Clean club and lots of equipment. Rarely is it busy and all the cario machines have TV's on them... awesome!
Careful when washing your hands. If you turn the sink even slightly towards Hot, something akin to molten lava comes out.
Wear good earbuds (ie not the ones that came with your iPod) so you don't have to hear the crappy top 40 dance music.
When lifting, watch out for the tan guy in the camo tanktop (about 5'10") - looks like a monkey - he clusters a piece of equipment for up to 40 minutes
Try to avoid Thursday evenings- everyone and their mum are preemptively attempting to work off the keg they are about to consume during the upcoming weekend.

Just found out today that they don't have any ankle straps for leg work on the cables. Apparently you have to stick your foot in a handle and use that... :/

If traveling or a "guest" go to Prosport or 24 hr. Overpriced. Bad service. Been remodeling for 1/2 year.
