Heated, open year round, great views of the river and the city! Very clean and well kept, nice lounge chairs! Number one reason to live visit Arris🙌- Very nice view, very nice pool. Unfortunately, some residents deem it necessary to have drunken ragers on the roof or just let their children run wild unsupervised. Be warned.
- People just have huge parties even though you’re only supposed to have two guests per residence. Thus, everyone else’s pool experience is ruined. Really worth the $3k Rent we pay!
