What a great way for an active athlete to recover their body. Seniors can remedy arthritic pain and not to mention the staff is super sweet and very knowledgeable about internal muscle healing!- If you have never done a float, it is a necessity!!! Soaking in all the minerals from the salts and the mind clearing is incredible!!!
