- Sarah HurstSeptember 7, 2013Came in for a giant gash in my hand thanks to clumsiness and a kitchen knife. Staff was friendly, helpful, and did a great job with my 15 stitches. Thanks!
- I think this is a superb hospital! From the staff to the amazing cafeteria that will change your opinion of 'hospital food' this hospital is top notch!
- Jessica SmithAugust 2, 2011All the nurses and doctors I met yesterday were awesome! I would definitely recommend this hospital for ambulatory surgery! They helped make a bad day better!
- They have am awesome labor and delivery team. RN Ellen on the night shift is the BEST! Ask for the postpartum punch. It is delicious.
- Marisa M.September 24, 2013Great ER team! Got him back fast and treated quickly. Were there about 3 hours total including xrays, etc...
- Andy BrasfieldMarch 6, 2012If you're waiting while your loved one has surgery, then choose a seat facing the wooden door and near the phone.
- Any ER you will wait unless it is a true life-threatening emergency. Its not the type of place for which one can make an appointment. Try a general practitioner for non-emergencies
- Angela RaumJuly 16, 2013Took awhile being that employees were going home. Great lab tech with my child with social needs. She pretended to give her baby doll blood work too ;-)
- MaLinda AlexanderApril 8, 2013Great place with wonderful people however in OB waiting for 3 hours and the doctor on call still has not been in here :-(
- Beth MelhornJanuary 13, 2013Sat for 5 minutes taken straight back. Already have an IV and pain meds. There are some great people working here.
- Not to impressed had an appointment for 2 weeks and they say we don't ! Front desk not very organized or very friendly
- Please sit quietly and wait in the Lobby with the rest of Knoxville. And don't bug the greeter about getting called any sooner, she/he really has NO control over it. Thanks.
- Watch out for Dr. Mitchell in the ER, if you are in pain...he doesn't care. He thinks everyone is a drug seeker. I left in as much excruciating pain as I came in with. Absolutely awful.
- If you're unhappy about the ER wait, go to a different hospital... the people there are SAVING lives and really don't need your c/o "back pain."
- If it's the emergency room you need be ready to wait and wait
- Dont expect to be in the WR any less than 2hrs.!!!
- LizJune 12, 2011Go to Mercy West instead. Rude triage nurse, taking 10 times longer than the 4 times I went to Mercy West.
