One of the best restaurants in Oaxaca state, beach fine dining! Get the chicatana mole, local delicacy made from chicatanas (flying ants). They can be “harvested” only 3-4 days in a year. Super rare!
Go here and get the tiritas! Oaxacan variation on ceviche - instead of lime marinated in salt water. Awesome!!!
The do have kettlebells in case you’re wondering as I was. They are not marked, but they vary from light to approx 32kgs
Everytime I'm in town, I have to stop here. Yum! And if you get confused about the toppings, just say "Make it Danish!". The guy will know what to do :)
