Located in the heart of Carytown, Water Coastal Kitchen features fresh local and regional seafood, hand cut steaks, chops and extensive raw bar.
Fried green tomato BLT is delicious
Currently my favorite place to get brunch. The Eggs Benedict is to die. They even bring you a basket of complimentary mini muffins to your table, once you place your order.
Tell John R it's time to go home...
I agree with Chad. Great patio. The mahi-mahi with mango salsa was delicious. Miss the lobster risotto.
This is my favorite place to get brunch on Sundays!! I recommend the fried green tomatoes or veggie omelet. So delicious!! P.S. The boys that work there are not bad to look at either ;)
Awesome happy hour 4-6! Great drink specials and half price raw bar.
The Blue Points are sweet and delicious.
The Hardshell Burger is fantastic!
Watch out for the second floor high top by the fire place. The sharpcorner on the mantle will cause brain matter to seep out onto the floor. We got a bleeder!!
The seared tuna salad is amazing as is the steak salad!
Food is meh but the apps and drinks are good - stawberry limeaide is the way to go
Mussels in lemon grass curry coconut sauce, yes. Calamari is the most tender I've had in RVA - orange sauce is excellent.
The blackened tuna sandwich, add banana peppers. You can't beat it.
It is all good!
Love the raw oysters! And Dale's Pale Ale on tap! Great service great people!
First visit here. The food was incredible! Crab cakes, asparagus and mashed potatoes for me and Mahi and steak kabobs for my husband. Yum! This will be one of our favorites!
Crabcakes Benny. The perfect brunch...
Mahi Mahi is spectacular! Love the coconut risotto and fruit salsa.
Not impressed by the food or service. Great location, decor, ambiance, and patio. Good date spot if you're not picky about food. Apparently brunch and happy hour are Water Coastal's high point.
Great patio and food, but worst Sunday inventory upkeep in Cary Town. You know it's bad when the silverware gets 86ed.
Don't come here if you're not in the mood to listen to the bartenders complain about their jobs.
Try Creme Brulee and Red Wine! Delic combo!
