Remember not every facilites or services in the airport are free, for example it took u around 3 euro for renting the luggage cart. And i must admit that the toilets in the airport are awful.

If you have VAT, tax forms, arrive early! Also, don't even think about purchasing small souvenirs at this airport, 20 euro for a small cheap stuffed animal.

If you're going to Milan, this is the wrong airport. make sure you land in Linate instead. If you're here already unfortunately- taxi flat rate to Milan is 90 euros. I would find a bus/train.

There is nothing good Flybe and easyjet staff totally disgusting. Customer service a total joke. Been here twice and both times flights cancelled. First time I slept on the floor. 2nd time abandoned.

The internet totes are insane expensive. Best option cost/benefit for internet is to pay (from) 9 Euro to 1 hour wi-fi on the networks available (Swisscom, Boingo, etc).

Stupid wifi - just 15 min free, and then I spend like hours to pay for it. But wasn't possible :/ also all plug in are far away from chairs, so you need to sit on the floor while ur phone charges

If you drop off your rental car here, you must drive to Terminal 1, under the sign TELEPASS and go to the left. Good luck!

I found the security staff at Milan Malpensa airport to be unfriendly and unprofessional. They exhibited an overly zealous attitude.

Great dutty free to buy Italian food pasta, balsamic oil, truffles, mozzarella..etc. Be careful with the distances of the gates. Great coffee.

If you can't find your gate they make it really easy for you. Just check the departure screens and it tells you what terminal, check-in, and gate.

Arrival was fine. Departure got stuck in the Flybe check-in queue for over 90 minutes. So not much time to get through security, duty free, passport control to the gate. Massive airport.

Internet is free for 15 minutes. But you can register multiple times using same mobile number but different email addresses every time after 15 minutes expire.
