This place has terrible coffee - everything is a Nescafé you'll have to go into Croydon to find something drinkable.

I dont often complain... but the place just needs updating. Staff are willing, yet not always capable. Food was good however (at a cost!).

The stay at this hotel was a disappointment. Outdated room, good yet expensive food, bad coffee. Reception staff not picking up phone to set wake-up calls. In short: will not come back
