- It certainly is a great airport. I only got in trouble with parking machines, because they don’t give change, when you replace humans by machines it should be at least the same level of service.
- There is a per-hour snooze cube next to gate 122 for sleeping and high speed internet. 15 USD per hour, min stay 2 hours.
- Busy airport, silent so you won’t hear them calling for flights, good food options
- Tanvir RahmanAugust 4, 2013If you want to use the airport-wide free Wi-Fi (maxspot), then try with a lot of patience. It could take a long time to get connected to the internet.
- Kyle AroraNovember 3, 2011The business and first class Emirates lounges are amazing. Make sure to check them out of you ever get a chance.
- One of the most beautiful airports all around the world ❤️
- Magdalena MrázkováOctober 14, 2014The free wifi didn't work:( Everything is bloody expensive here and VIP, but it's clean and (at least during the night) peaceful
- Anda ArkoSeptember 18, 2014Illy just got a serious competition. Costa coffee has improved a lot since I last tried it. Way to go!
- Great transit airport, big duty free shops but price tag are quite high. Dont miss Shake Shack in concourse A. Wi-Fi works badly
- Manal Al-ManieNovember 17, 2017Many shops restaurants and electronics , euro and other currencies are accepted
- One of the largest airports! Love getting lost in duty free!
- If you're flying Emirates with a 4hr+ transit - go to the transit desk and show your boarding pass to claim a free meal voucher! :-D
- Now Dubai residents can use their Emirates ID to access the E-Gate 👍🏼
- For wifi, login to 'max spot' and let it load on safari. Works best near gates A and C.
- Smart Gates are such a convenient and fast way for passport control.
- Take only the marked cabs. Or pay $50.00 USD. More. Trust me love this city. Hate the cabs. Only marked cabs. For this solider.
- Frankie J. 😎 GreyJune 5, 2017One of the most stunning and luxurious airports in the World, very unique style, you will feel indeed already in Dubai! it's open 24/7 for restaurants, shop and services, very well connected too
- Marina MolinaMay 11, 2012Go to the end of Foodcourt, and close to gate 211 you will find the french bakery PAUL, awesome apple cake!
- Easily the best of the Airports in Dubai or the Middle East...
- Get free meal voucher from Emirates counters if transitioning over 4 hours..
- Arvid SchneiderJanuary 16, 2015Really posh airport. 30 minutes free Wi-Fi. Be sure to check out the charging stations.
- Cdn visitors now need visas ... Marhaba airport services will get them on 24 hr notice + meet you on arrival and whisk you through VIP immigration and customs line. Worth $100, esp. for business.
- No more access to Mcgettigans if you're not flying Emirates... Sigh. There is 'The Draft House" however. Non smoking and soulless 😳
- Marius ØstbyJanuary 16, 2018Huge - but highly efficient and well run. Was hit by dense fog which caused some delays - not sure if that is frequent or not, but there certainly is worse places to wait in.
- ArzuJanuary 28, 2015Terminal 3 is decent (can't say the same abt it's toilets though); few food options (cafe Nero, costa, starbucks - one by gate b1 has seating area); there is also Paul (arnd gate b1);
- AleksandrOctober 3, 2011Free food for Emirates transit passengers. Food is unlimited, but you can enter to the cafe only once per stop. It's better to do it not at the snacks time. Veg / non Veg
- DaveFebruary 27, 2013Power sockets in the wall in Starbucks at the far end of T3. Plugs are English type, 3 pin (type G)

- SebastianAugust 21, 2014"Welcome to Dubai. The local time is 5am with a current temperature of 35 degrees." – the reason why I will only ever use this airport for transfers.
- Go to incognito mode in your browser and get 30 min complimentary Wi-Fi as many times as you want.
- Wilson Favre-DelerueOctober 1, 2018Love: home airline Emirates, flight connections to the world, large and spacious design, plentiful (mostly courteous) help on hand. Hate: long bus rides after long flights, massive crowds, long lines.
- Siya KhuzwayoDecember 4, 2014If traveling business class on Emirates there are lounges in Concourse A and C closer to the gates
- Lots of night flights - arriving and departing so parking can be difficult sometimes.
- Food StrategyNovember 16, 2011Tip: make sure you walk lots for circulation. Most duty free alcohol is cheaper in Dubai than in Brisbane. Stock up! eg: Smirnoff 1.25litres $13US
