We chose not to move to another room since it was about 1:00 am and we were leaving very early in the AM and had no energy to pack up all of our stuff. So our bill was reduced by $100.

Finally, I complained very early on the morning of October 23 and threatened to write a bad review on social media sites. The staff person then asked if we wanted to move to another room.

Rooms overpriced, not the quality I expected. Most of the shops, were close by 5 on a Friday night. Lots of nice restaurants within walking distance

The Gaylord Shuttle to the King Street Metro is a hot mess & filled with drama. It was 40 minutes late yesterday morning. Staff tried to tell me the schedule had changed, but I checked earlier.

Nice hotel and view, avoid the breakfast buffet as it's the largest ripoff in the area. $15 for a continental breakfast where all of the bread products were stale.

Watch out for the bed legs, due to a silly design you'll find yourself walking into them or stubbing your toes on them

I complained about the absence of heat and hot water in the bathroom sinks many times on October 21 and 22. No one ever addressed the complaints in person.

Location is about the only good thing. The pillows are those cheap full of lumps pillows. Slept terrible and here for a work meeting so now I am exhausted but need to be on.

Heres another tip for this place....i get the breakfast buffet..because you dont have a choice...eggs looked fake..so I ordered the omelet...you have to pay extra for the omelet!! Omg...

Make sure you ask questions before standing in a long line. There are a lot of employees walking around who can assist you.

The rooms are definitely not worth this price, at any season. This is the same quality you would get at a Day's Inn, not remotely close to the quality of Vegas or Disneyworld. This is not a resort.

Don't accept a room that faces the atrium...lots of noise from guests and maintenance during the night.

Def try to get a room by elevators. Hotel is laid out awkwardly and will take time to get oriented.

Don’t order room service. Ordered their market classic and cracked egg sand white h and both were not edible. Mine was served with moldy bread. Walk to the Starbucks.

My last post -- I will never stay at the Gaylord again. I hope management uses the Nordstrom model of customer service, revamps its shuttle service, and trains staff to show up when guests complain.

Parking was $16 for just a little over 2 hours, and had to wait over ten minutes just to get out of the garage.
