New restaurant on A gates and good too. Starbucks @ B gates and service slow so be prepared.

Capital Cafe has good, reasonably-priced food. Phillips is over-priced.
The good. Free wifi. The bad free wifi. Slowest wifi in the world. Reminds me of a 14.4 modem

Don't travel in winter. De-icing takes almost an hour apparently.
This is easily the slowest Delta baggage claim service on average. I get my bags quicker on a large plane at big airports than a CRJ here. Ugh.
