if u come here on a Saturday expect a longer wait than Space Mountain before they introduced the Fast Pass. it is a soul crushing wait and even if this meal is amazing it will not have been worth it

The brisket and bacon were incredibly tender, and the Vietnamese wings were on point 👌 And, don't forget the corn bread!

Just had the mist incredible BBQ beef rib possible in my life. Fall off the bone is just the beginning. The smoke flavor and Carmelites crispy end are just wonderful.

There is no doubt that this is the best BBQ in the entire city. It even smells right. If you buy a t-shirt you'll smell like a wood fire for a week.

Staff is very friendly, ribs practically falls off the bone the meat is so tender & the banna cream pudding dessert is CRACK , meaning I had to hold myself back from getting another one.

The beef rib is like a prehistoric dinosaur bone dripping with juicy goodness. Great char on the outside. The coleslaw made a perfect combo. Totally worth the line!

Tender brisket and juicy spare ribs. The cornbread was delicious too. Be ready for a long queue over the weekend, but it's totally worth it.

Amaziness-food, atmosphere and live music. Brisket melts in your mouth and sides just as good. Wanted to try beef ribs, but ran out. Will be coming back.

Great brisket. Good spare ribs. Skip the sausage. If you like queso definitely get the Mac and cheese.

Everything but the potato salad!! That was a bit strange for me. The Korean sticky ribs, the beans, everything was #1 in the history of barbecue for me:))

A tie with Hill Country for best brisket in the city. Succulent, smoky, and peppery. The pit beans with burnt ends are really good too!

Beef rib, pulled pork, brisket. Skip the chicken and coleslaw. Mac n cheese is pretty good too. Don't take too long to order at the bar or else the bartender will get sassy

Everything was good, nothing was wow. Spare ribs ok, brisket good, lamb belly unique. Collard greens and mac nice. The little service they offer was complete crap. Dont go out of your way.

Beef rib is what's worth the trip + long wait. Brisket really good with the sauce. Chicken also solid.

Order the beef ribs. They are massive—extremely rich, pleasingly salty meat under a black cloak of pepper. Right down to the bone, the flavors of smoke are sweet and lush and long. Read more

The lamb belly in the banh mi was tasty but so oily it drenched the bread in lamb fat; I couldn't finish it. Next time, I'll stick with the (excellent) brisket.

The best you can do for yourself is get two large orders of the Mac and Cheese. One is not enough. Even if you’re like “oh one’s enough”.

Brisket was not as fatty as some other places, but the thick black crust was like no other place. Deserves it's spot as NYC's best brisket. Lamb belly was also good.

On a national scale, 8/10. All meats done well - texture, bark, smokiness, etc. Complaint = sauces. All too sweet. No proper vinegar option. Sauce dep't reminds of American Chinese food at times.

Brooklyn bbq joints are highly overrated, but not this place. Their beef rib, which came out of a dinosaur, is delicious. Debating pork belly or pulled pork? Pulled pork is the better option. Enjoy
