Melissa AuJune 18, 2013Definitely order the dry ribs versus the ones with sauce. The dry rub ribs have enough flavor and smokiness to stand alone. The sauce would ruin it!

Make sure to try the Memphis Sushi for an appetizer and the smoked green beans as your side item
