- Lauren HansenMarch 29, 2015Pretty pricey, but the brunch was well worth the trek, wait, and money. Hope to come back again.
- Amanda KludtFebruary 17, 2011Must try the Yard Bird and the catfish. Oh and the corn bread, obv.Upvoted Mar 15
- Silvia OsanteDecember 31, 2010Great accommodating service. Staff, food is amazing. Meatballs, oxytail, Mac n cheese!
- DarynaJanuary 19, 2015The food was decent but service is poor. On the pic you see untouched dish. Looks tasty isnt it?
- Jason S.April 30, 2011Short Ribs and Grits dishes... Incredible... Disappoint they took the Sweet Potato donuts off menu...
- The music on Monday nites never tried food yet skimpy drinks...
- Andie SleemanDecember 14, 2016I gave RR 2 tries; it's overrated! Terrible service, food is rushed & sloppy, management is overwhelmed, a homeless person urinated on the bathroom seat and floor (he came out before I went in).
- Vanessa RuedaApril 18, 2013What a cool place to drink a beer and to 'soul'! Ebony fashion everywhere!
- Ginny's Supper Club downstairs is quite the slick, stealth, Harlem scene at night!
- Get the yard bird and extra hot sauce. You'll love it!
- The cornbread leaves much to be desired, but the strip steak w/truffle bearnaise I had today was uber delish.

- Try the Sausage biscuits & Gravy - As thick as southern blood. I'm guessing.
- Tai WilliamsMarch 27, 2014Even though we had a reservation, we waited an hour and a half to be seated. The manager comped us with cheap champagne. The food wasnt good at all. It tasted like it had been sitting out forever.
- Love the savoy wit belvy and the rooster punch mmm and those mini tacos--small portions tho
- Lauren SlaughterNovember 18, 2013food is good, but a bit overpriced. great atmosphere, but it feels like Red Rooster now caters primarily to tourists.
- Wednesday Night Music by DJ Harry is so dope! Soca/Afrobeat
- Go Find AliceDecember 5, 2018Did not serve fried chicken on Thanksgiving. Instead, they had fried turkey....
- TseJune 12, 2011the taco appetizer and red snapper were decent tho small portion but don't get the fried chicken (was too dry to eat) - the hot sauce was great...
- AlisonApril 22, 2011For a southerner, the improvements on soul food here are that the dishes are still tasty, but lighter and less greasy. But perhaps at the expense of flavor and being comforting. Liked the pudding
