    "週二下午兩點進到店內，環境陳設和氣氛一切都很好，直到等了將近30分鐘後終於等到的手沖耶加雪菲終於送到桌前。我開始和手沖大概是ㄧ年前，但從來沒有喝過這麼淡的手沖，跟店家反應後，他們表示一直都是這麼淡，比例是烘豆供應商建議，22g沖260ml...... 我要求重新以1:10的比例，儘管他們面露不悅，還是幫我重新沖過。（第二次還是偏淡⋯） 如果不在意過淡的手沖，和超慢的送餐，還是可以來坐坐。"
