- Jennifer IrizarrySeptember 6, 2011Their pickles are homemade and super yummy. Deviled eggs great too!
- AskMenFebruary 26, 2010The menu offers things like "Mushroom Stuffed Quail" and "Saddle Of Roast Monkfish." Did we mention a rotation of 25 cask ales?
- Gianna NebbiaFebruary 2, 2016Good ingredients but the 2 dishes we had were bland. The tartar sauce and ranch dressing tasted like butter. And the fish and chips needed some salt.
- Hari RaghavanSeptember 4, 2013Not the place if you truly care about craft cocktails. Interesting drinks, but if you're charging a premium, take more than 20 seconds (twice). Oh, and "It's late, I can't recommend anything"? Really?
- The bartenders are cool, good service. Probably a top 5 burger in Boston
- I think the stairs to the washrooms are a sobriety test! #steep

- Nik BajajDecember 4, 2010Try the applejack cured salmon, huge, filling portion, delicious grilled romaine.
- Rob RogersSeptember 29, 2010Great place, atmosphere is excellent but you'll have to wait a bit for a drink...
- Terence ChanJanuary 7, 2016Service wasn't that great. Place and ambiance was nice and a good drink menu. 3/5
- DJ WallmanFebruary 16, 2012I hear the bearded waiter gives great hugs. Just don't look into his eyes - you'll never look away
- The Aged Gouda & Cask Ale fondue with homemade soft pretzel bites is ridiculously good.
- Excellent beer, knowledgeable staff & wicked good food!
- DrinkCraftBeerDecember 3, 2010Stay away from the casks, way overpriced for Boston @ $10. But they have a pretty good tap list, which ranges up to $7 for a lot of pours... still on the pricey side, but not crazy for downtown.
- Food made from scrach with local ingredents. More importantly CASK ALE.
