highly recommend the comfortable couch, just don't fall asleep and miss the flick
no rowdy teenagers at the 21+ shows, but you will have to deal with quite a few hipsters
Be aware that the bars are closed for the early matinees EVEN THOUGH IT'S AFTER NOON. Ahem.

Theater 1 balcony, drink in hand = one of the best spots in sf
