One of the best studios in the area. Beautiful space and nice variety of power yoga classes. Courtney is amazing for advanced levels. Go for Cindy for something physically challenging.

Check out the love lab classes offered on Saturdays for couples! Amazing experience!

if you're into pop music yoga, where the instructor is on a microphone & there are 100 people in the class...this place is for you. Otherwise, find somewhere else to go.
