Tanya SpanierSeptember 26, 2010Don't bother upgrading to Prestige Club. Does NOT compare to Ritz Club level. Palazzo pool is super crowded, loud, really unpleasant. Azure is a sad meat-market. Suites at Palazzo huge and sweet.

Derek HortonSeptember 11, 2013This hotel has terrible service. Over 2 hours for a maintenance call. The doors in these rooms don't lock when shut you can push them open. Save yourself money and stay somewhere else.

The bourbon room gets kickin after 9. Don't go see the light show @ the clock tower. Waste of time cuz they should turn off some of the lights for the 15 mins for the show. :(
