Paglia e Fieno is so delish. A nice tomato cream sauce (best of both worlds). I also love the salsicha pizza. Super thin, cheesy with almost an olive oily tomato sauce. So good.

Yep, almost everything on the menu can be made gluten free (except the ravioli). The Vesuvio was the best gluten free pizza I've ever had in my life..
