Delicious tomato and mozzarella pasta and a lovely atmosphere sullied by atrocious service. If you do wish to come here given they treat the customer badly book in advance as it tends to get busy.

The gnocchi is heavenly! And the sauce with the spaghetti with fresh tomatoes and basil is the best sauce I've had. Portions are huge - small size is enough to fill my appetite

One of my favorite meals in Florence. Food was tasty, service warm & friendly. Get the pasta w/ tomatoes and octopus, and if you like offal or are feeling more adventurous, the tripe. It’s delicious!
Third visit and it's still as good as the first time. The unshelled prawns in a tomato and garlic sauce (menu of the day) are much recommended.
It is a place you should visit in Florence. Their house red wine is super. Try spaghetti with tomatoes and truffle gnocchi. They're delicious. Nice staff as well.
We tried spaghetti carbonara, pasta with sausage (minced beef) and tomato, Apple tarte, Panna cotta and Tiramisu. Everything was great.

The pizza is fantastic! The dough is thin and tasty and the tomato sauce is delicious! The staff is friendly and when you get your pizza "takeaway" you din't even have to wait.
Paglia e Fieno is so delish. A nice tomato cream sauce (best of both worlds). I also love the salsicha pizza. Super thin, cheesy with almost an olive oily tomato sauce. So good.

Fantastic quality panino. Warm crispy but soft bread with plenty of prosciutto, mozzarella & tomatoes. Full of locals. Eat in or take away. Great value at €5. I was in food heaven. A must visit.

portions are huge, though the bean and minestra soups are excellent. Renowned for the peposa beef stew, trippa alla fiorentina, and baccalà salt cod, cooked alla Livornese with tomatoes and basil.

Hidden gem, very local, very Italian, very small, very cosy. Paninis are fantastic, drink options are great, staff is super cool. People come and go, has kind of a high circulation. Good for a date.

The size of the pizza and its taste were really good. If you are not so hungry, one pizza would be enough for two person. The service was quick and prices are reasonable for Florence city.
