Easily the coolest Hostel in Iceland, retro and hip design, nice and cute staff and laid back atmosphere.
Best hostel. Ever. Young, hip & pretty much self-contained (bar, restaurant, hair salon, laundry are all inside), and overlooking the water!! I'll never stay anywhere else in this city.
