Lovely place, great music. Try the Hot Chocolate or even better, the Swiss Mocha. Relax and spend a few hours. Go downstairs, it's more quiet!

Quieter than I would have expected for the city. Still the most expensive one we stayed at, though, and you might end up having to be quite far from the bathrooms.

A must visit. This little cafe is friendly, relaxed and looks like a living room. Pop in for a coffee or a hot chocolate.
Catch of the day for a lunch, fresh delicious fish with a beetroot dip/salad. Excellent.

Very authentic Icelandic restaurant on a quiet street in Reykjavik. Very cosy pub-like feel inside. They specialise in fish dishes, but have whale, puffin and wild bird on the menu too. Recommended!

Best place for Icelandic food! Try the whale sashimi for the starter and guillemot or hashed fish for the main! Delicious!

Simply the best burger in town. A small local bar with a cozy atmosphere, good steaks and great hamburgers. Very reasonably priced - a real find.
