Check out the great view from Pete's Cafe. Enjoy the fish pond in the courtyard, view the Diego Rivera mural, Walter McBean Gallery, and look out for ghosts coming from the tower, it's art school too
Check out this open air campus. The entire building's structure that is designed to carve out picture perfect views of SF. Rivera mural is fantastic as are the current student installations.

Beautiful Persian mural on the wall, a cool wooden round bar, and one of the few places that would make a proper Hendricks Martini before all the fancy cocktail places showed up. Old school SF!

Great shop that always has great, natural products for kids. Plus, you can always find shoes on sale for the kiddies.
Always an interesting collection of beers. Great food too. Wish the place was bigger. Usually too crowded for me. Cool patio out back with cool murals!
Great fun lively place w/ dope vintage jukebox. A pitcher of white sangria is an excellent purchase for group of 2-3. The mural art on the exterior is fascinating, too.

Have brunch in The Garden Court. This was where horse-drawn carriages used to ride up to drop off their passengers. Also check out the famous “The Pied Piper of Hamelin” mural at the Pied Piper Bar.
Wonderful place to sit and have an afternoon drink. Recommend the lovely garden court.
The Castro Theater is grand w/ gilded cornices, murals & a gorgeous ceiling. We enjoyed an early dinner @ Fables before the 8:00 PM show, The Kinsey Sicks Twenty Years. Great venue, fantastic show!
