I go once every two months and love this place. Consistently great staff, great facial. Can be very busy on weekends.

Enjoy the steam room in the mens area. Much better steam (smaller space) than by the pool. Great way to start your treatment, whatever it is. Give yourself 2 hours before your booking to enjoy
First time here was a letdown. It was a typical "Toronto" atmosphere. Cold & impersonal. I was not given a tour, nor told anything about the amenities. Massage was ok, but not for the premium price
Love that they have windows everywhere in this place. When receiving a facial you can ask the esthetician to open the blinds and let the sun shine in!

I'm a big fan of the cheap mani pedi salons. Ritual may be double the price, but it's twice as good and will last you 7 days without chipping (at least it does for me). Added bonus - friendly staff.

Hammam Turisk steam room is the best I have to in North America and the UK. The staff are very professional and my treatments are always customized for my skin.
Make sure you hit the steam room at least a couple of times during your visit. It's the best I've ever seen.
