This is the best selection of games of all of the Barcade (and similar) bars that I have been too. A perfect place to pass some time and get in your arcade fix. Definitely a great date spot too.
Craft brews and vintage 1980s arcade games are a pretty flawless combo, as well as a reminder that a great bar is about more than just the names on the tap handles. Read more
Awesome. Craft beer and bubble bobble. You can't go wrong. Bathroom is kinda scary though. There's a locked door within the men's room's stall. I believe that's where they keep the evil hipsters.
The extras make the place such a good time, including 35 classic quarter machines (Contra, Donkey Kong, Marble Madness) and excellent events including full tap takeovers by top-notch breweriesRead more
The draft list is a feat of bar-management expertise, and the selection of games includes the best fighter out there, MKII. Just make sure you have cash for tokens!
Great place. Bring cash or use the ATM to exchange your money for tokens. I don't drink and the bartenders were super relaxed and kind when I just wanted to buy a seltzer/soda and enjoy the games.
Arcade games and craft beer. Huge space, close to the train and diner. One of the better bars in the area. Always like checking out the rotating beer list.
Get $20 in quarters and blow it all away on some of the toughest games ever. Smash TV, Paperboy, Donkey Kong, Qbert, Tapper, and so much more. Be sure to have a Fishermens Brew at hand at all times.
What's not to love about vintage video games and a well curated craft beer list. It's that simple and a great way to spend an evening. Wished they opened earlier is my only quibble.
Fun spot to hang out with a wide variety of arcade games and pinball machines to choose from. This is the best Barcade location with tall ceilings and open layout concept.
Very cool concept that is nicely executed. Most games are a quarter value (not actual quarters, but tokens you get by exchanging dollar bills). Great craft beer selection! Few seating options.
While the machines have evolved (Forsaking some of the older classics for newer 90s machines and even pinball additions) this is still a classic bar for a great night out.
This place is busiest on Fri & Sat nights, as expected. But it's rarely utilized for day time revelry. You have the pick of the litter when the sun is up. No waiting. Happy hour doesn't hurt either.
If you're an 80s baby u will love this place. All the arcade games from back in the day. Oh yeah, great beer selection, too. Nice bartenders, helped clueless me choose the perfect beer.
It's got all the social awkwardness of a middle schooldance with the added bonus of great beer and fantastic beef jerky. Tap takeover nights are a real special treat.
An awesome concept, with great beer and drink selections, but its main draw (the arcade) is mostly beat up machines that don't play well with a glaring lack of pinball machines.
The weekly Williamsburg Craft Beer Crawl kicks off at Barcade. Enjoy plenty of craft beer and food at four bars in the neighborhood throughout the day. Cheers! Saturdays, Through 8/8, 12pm, $56. Read more
If the food is not the most important part of the evening.... along with good little plates and beers, this place's speciality are the arcade games along the walls! For a good night out with friends
Perhaps true solitude is achieved by gamers who become so completely absorbed in their simulated worlds that they fully tune out the real world. There’s only one way to find out. Barcade. Read more
great selection of craft beers and ARCADE GAMES. what more could you want in life? I would spend all my free time (and laundry money) here if I lived in the area!
Great craft beer selection, every few Thursdays they have a special brewery night with most taps pouring drinks from that brewer. Change machine is around the bar for games.
Whether you’re in the mood for a quietbeer by yourself and a cheeky 80s arcade game, or down for some rowdy pre-gamers with beer and snacks, Barcade is a good time. Read more
Love this place! I always make sure to go by or a visit when in NYC. Tons of craft beers on tap and all your fav 80s arcade machines at 80s prices!! (25 cents a play!)
Bar + Arcade = Barcade. Is there anything else you need to know? Excellent choice if you really don't feel like having a conversation with the people you're with.
Needs pinball, but a nice variety of games/cabinets. Of course they have change machines. Decently large selection of drinks. Obviously can get packed.
Bask in this cavernous, industrial-chic spot with American craft beer and an eclectic lineup of classic arcade games—everything from Centipede to Galaga. Be Independent.
Check out their incredibly selection of local and American craft beer, but watch the ABV - too many big beers will seriously reduce your ability to play the first round of Q-Bert or Marble Madness.

Imagine delicious local beer (no Budweiser, Heineken, and other crap here) mixed with your favorite 80s arcades (Punch-Out!!!, Contra, Tapper, Rampage, Tetris, Q-Bert, 1943, and more). That's Barcade.
