Ceren Doganay-KaracaMarch 12, 2016Love this place! So unexpected to get such fresh sushi in a shopping centre :) reasonably priced and yummy. I always stop by here for a take away or quick bite when I am in San Francisco for work.
Sit at the bar and order from the specials menu. This is not your average sushi bar. They fly fish in regularly from Japan and you'll find delicacies you've never even heard of.

Jen MurphyDecember 1, 2013The Fisherman's Miso has bones and is very fishy. Good, but not especially reminiscent of traditional miso. However, the Sunset roll was *amazing*, and so was the Mochi Ice Cream.

Everything here is good! My all time faves are sesame chicken,Philly roll, and dragon roll. The Wednesday lunch box (Ebi fry) is a must!
Seaweed salad is very good. Ask them for speed and everything will be alright

The sesame chicken is very rich, but it's the best you've ever tasted.
Daily happy hour from 3 to 7 pm is a great deal on weekends - $3 drinks with your early dinner!
Alan CAugust 6, 2012Gindara was excellent. Sesame chicken, clams, and miso soup were way too salty. Garlic steak was burnt.
