    There are a few independent bookstores left in the country and this is one of my top choices. It’s nice and comfortable and everyone who works here is pretty cool. Café is Good and reasonably priced.

    the holy grail and strand of bookstores in denver. they have just about every major magazine you can think of and a fantastic selection of fiction and non fiction. order a coffee and browse the stacks

    Two story wonderland with a perfect blend of new & used books, gifts, helpful staff & a snack/coffee bar. Great variety of Moleskine products & other journals, as well as greeting cards.

    Awesome place to read, drink a cup of coffee with friends or do your homework! The books are a little overpriced, but the place is cozy and warm in the winter!

    LOVE this book store, one of the best in the country. A great place to spend a Sunday, grab coffee & brunch, so yummy. Then browse the thousands of books, read, relax for hours. AMAZING atmosphere ❤️

    This bookstore has such a variety of books &collections! You can even find some CU required books for classes.If you want a place to sit down, get cozy &read some fantastic novels, this is the place.

    Great bookstore that is located in historic building. I liked that they sell used books as well as new bestsellers.

    Wish I had time to explore more during my last visit! Fresh, locally-sourced grab-and-go sandwiches and snacks at the coffee bar make for a convenient lunch stop for offices in the area.

    Really great bookstore, had a beer tasting and 'meet the author' going when I came. Comfy to hang out and tons to look at! Loved it!

    Favorite bookstore in Denver! Amazing selection and some great used book finds. I especially love their soup & sandwich lunch deals! Perfect for rainy spring days.

    I'm bummed the books are all downstairs now. Still the best shop ever. Spend an hour or two wandering. They have used books too.

    Think the chains or Amazon are easier? You can browse TC online and order from a great independent bookstore. Better yet, have them hold it at the store so you have an excuse to come down here.

    Go here for the ambiance, not the prices. I have found much cheaper items at both locally-owned shops and Barnes & Noble.

    Excellent, expansive indie bookstore that many will instantly identify as everything a bookstore should be. Plenty of room to relax and read.

    Don’t go in!! You’ll be sucked into the Tattered Cover void. Hours upon hours of your life will disappear with absolute pleasure... seriously, I love this place.
