Juston PayneFebruary 10, 2013Bagels are pretty good, but if you're ordering more than one type of bagel: they get really, really, really, really confused. Every time. It's astounding.
While they have great bagels, the coffee here is not for coffee lovers. If the line is too long you can sneak into next door Plug & Play center and grab your free cup, which may be even worse.

Tasty bagels, but bad customer service and cleanliness.
Go to Coupa or Peet's instead. Quaint but sadly bad food and service ;-(
