Homefries are prepared with butter, but fellow vegans can sub a giant fruit plate for just $1. Try the Tofu Scram with peanut-ginger sauce and extra veggies mixed in.

I ended up needing to eat my breakfast with a spoon.- although the biscuits and gravy are always delicious, sometimes first thing in the morning the biscuits are a little stale- first batch of the day would be a major win!

For meatatarians: they make their own sausage and you can get it as a side. Also watch specials board for duck hash, chili colorado, menudo (yes, not the 80s proto boy band) and of course, tortierre.
