There's a McDo and a Timmy's, a Second Cup and a Premiere Moisson and even a Staples. Also, v well connected with many shops near by and located in the downtown of the city which is super convenient

If you are looking for montreal souvenir fridge magnets, the depanneur at the top end of the hall (straight the other end of staples) may sell the cheapest (1. 99 CAD/each) in all montreal. :)

Adirondack 68 to Penn Station? The best views are on the left (east) side, before Albany, and the right (west) side after Albany. Bring water!

There's no lockers, but if you have a VIA train later in the day, you can have them hold your baggage for $6 at the baggage counter

If you're connecting VIA Rail trains here, you'll have to go up to the main level and get in line for next train. So, chances are you'll have time to grab some food since VIA Rail's selection is crap.

Panarama Lounge is a nice way to start your journey. Avoid the hustle and bustle, unwashed masses and relax (biz class and 1st class only)

Feels like Philadelphia's [Gare] City Hall… 2 Metro stations + shopping venues that connect them. Confusing at first, but it seems otherwise straightforward!

Besides the depanneur, we couldn't find a place to drink (alcohol) in the station on a Sunday. If you wanna booze before you ride, be sure to stop somewhere en route to the station.

Amazing food choices. My significant other loves the chocolate pastries , and wants front door delivery back to Toronto. If I forget, she won't forget to remind me of my mistakes.

I got a super cheap web deal for my trip to Toronto. If you have a smartphone, you can flash your electronic boarding pass instead of a paper ticket. :)

Plenty of decent restaurants around. That being said, I wish Via Rail stopped trying so hard to pretend they're an airline company.

Stop at the Dépanneur for some surprisingly tasty sushi rolls to eat on the train. Sure beats a lukewarm VIA Rail egg salad sandwich.
