- This place is a paragon of efficiency much to the contrast of the state of travel in India more broadly. Check out some of the sculpture work in the terminals like this sun salutation sequence.
- Magda BorgesNovember 20, 2016Great airport, despite of all the process that is to get in. Inside you can find some nice traditional Indian stores with lots of nice gifts and souvenirs. Not many options to eat.
- One of the largest and best managed airports of the country but despite that the lounges are always full at peak hours so be sure to get there on time for your flight!!
- Richard LotzOctober 27, 2014The terminal has plenty of food and shops to help you pass the time before departure. The sky team lounge is minimal but clean and comfortable, with very courteous staff.
- Smriti SinhaApril 20, 2019Great shopping options for last-minute souvenirs, everything from hundreds of styles of tea, silk scarves, home decor items and much more. It feels very different from the usual duty free shopping
- Great airport, which, best of all, has a metro connection. Airports worldwide, take note!
- Ram RajasekaranSeptember 18, 2016To transfer from T3 > T1 for free, present your last boarding pass to a guy sitting by pillar 12.He will give you a handwritten slip. The shuttle runs every 20 mins officially, but don't count on it.
- Go to the Plaza Premium lounge on the 1st floor for some good food - not too many people - a food place to watch live sports too! Free access MasterCard Platinum card holders

- Make sure to bring your boarding pass. You'll need to show it before even entering the airport.
- Shomir DuttNovember 24, 2014You might miss it but the travelators are hidden to the left of the terminal walkways. Also, the carpet is way more comfortable to sit on than the chairs :)
- Nino MendozaSeptember 29, 2018Very nice interior 😍 Although, a lot of airport personnel aren’t very nice 😒
- Best Airport in India with great lounges, nice food court and restaurants, lot of shopping options and cafes..
- LufthansaAugust 23, 2012Enjoy your stay at Indira Gandhi International Airport in the newly opened Lufthansa lounge (Terminal 3). At almost 350 square metres, it offers you plenty of space to relax before your flight.
- Nicole MillsFebruary 19Busy airport. Make sure you get there early! Security is very thorough, be prepared to unpack every electronic device, power bank & charging cable. Then leave your goods to go stand in another queue.
- Kam LaganJune 1, 2014Be sure to have a printed copy of your e-ticket or boarding pass before arriving at the airport. I always forget it's required for entry to the terminal. Luckily, the porter sorted it all out for me.
- S POctober 19, 2023Pretty good airport, excellent duty free prices on booze, easy to navigate, limited selection of shops, decent food options.
- Shelley GaskeMarch 5, 2015If you want a private room to sleep, book ahead! They fill up fast and that nice lady on the plane with you could end up being the jerk that gets the last room.

- Naku DohNovember 12, 2016Allow a couple of hours if you need to transit as there can be long queues at security. Staff helped us to cut the line after we insisted we were late.
- Check out these statutes showing religiously significant hand gestures. I stopped to admire on every trip through the terminal.
- Naresh YadavOctober 30, 2013Well maintained, but watch out for long queues at immigration and security checks. If you start from or plan a transit here, make sure to have at least 1.5 hours in hand. Free wifi is good speed.
- Eman SayedAugust 18, 2013It has almost everything, from laptop stations, Airtel stands, mobile section, food court, shopping varieties, spacious with friendly staff. Absolutely amazing!
- Kamal KrishnaMay 17, 2019Efficient airport. That said, know your terminal well before you visit. Switching can be a pain given access, traffic and distance. Some airlines like Indigo use 2 terminals. T3 is great, T2 cramped.
- Dark KnightAugust 13, 2013The first bribe you will pay on setting foot in India is at the IGI Airport Customs to officials who deserve a cut of your hard worked money so their afternoon can have the luxury of chewing tobacco.
- One of the largest Indian airport!! Public should know maintenance of airport is our own duty too!! You can easily spot airport staff doing nonsense!!!
- One of the best Airports in India. But it takes a lot of time to reach there from any part of Delhi. So time management is very important.
- Adhith ShanmugamSeptember 14, 2014India's capital airport-well done interiors and quiet interesting things to see inside. The worst part is the wifi connection, when you are in International roaming!
- Able LawrenceApril 23, 2015Best airport in India. To reach city airport express takes you to the centre of Delhi but few people seem to use it. At 30-150 INR (0.5 - 2.5 USD) pittance by world standards (15-35 USD at Heathrow)
- The Lounge B is located in a non-obvious spot. It's reachable through a narrow alley & a lift. No announcement of flights in the airport. Silver Kris please put a monitor displaying flight status.
- Samith AhmedSeptember 28, 2016Truely a world class standard airport. Serves all international flights and domestic flights of air india, jet airways, vistara and air asia. Do check out Delhi duty free area its huuuge
- MarinaMarch 21, 2015Super frustrating. You can't get into the airport without a printed eticket! The ladies' security scan queue takes ages. Make sure you keep your boarding card with you as they have to stamp it
- IrinaAugust 14, 2014Arrival here feels like you get out of a time machine and are back in the 1960s. C'mon, India, it's your capital's international airport. Upkeep to keep face is a no-brainer. First impressions matter.
- The best place in town. If you don't know something there are plenty of people to guide you. All you have to do is just ask.
- Use the security area between counters B and C. Given it is off to the side (by SpiceJet), it is very rarely congested. Fly safely... ;)

- Favian LeonApril 7, 2017Spacious, lots of stores, lounges are ok...business class lounges anyone can pay to get in, so a bit crowded
- If you are in Central Delhi, take the Airport Express Metro from New Delhi Metro station . Get off at Delhi aerocity station for the Domestic Terminal. For T3, proceed further.
- PeoTip: You have to put one of these tags on your hand luggage to be stamped by security as they won't let your bag on the flight in India without it, even if you're carrying on.
