Try the "Mock Chicken Salad"... It's great! I know everything "tastes like chicken" but... This stuff actually tastes like chicken! I think it is tofu.

I love the raw food selection although it is pricey. Try the Synergy Cosmic Cranberry beverage. Great stuff!
