Great ramen and some of the servers speak mandarin. After you get your ticket, they'll ask how you want your noodles (soft, firm, hard) and how you want your broth (regular or rich).

Dense, rich, somewhat sweet, broth w/ thick noodles. My companion & I loved the ramen here 🍜. Also, the server was friendly and patient in the face of our utter inability to speak Japanese.
