Tom Coates: "One of the most beautiful and helpful - and also one of the most expensive - garden shops in the Bay Area. They have their own little espresso bar which sells nice coffee and snacks. Lovely experience"
Bommy: "Very rich and indulgent ice cream. Staff is nice and patient as you sample through the entire menu. Avoid the line by going on weekdays or by just buying a pint. New flavors every month."
Will Z: "Chimney cones are only available from 2-4pm on Sat :'( but luckily the waffle cones are great as well! They've got unique flavors like matcha+toasted rice, mango sticky rice, black sesame, and taro"
Eater: "Neighbor Bakehouse has been slinging breakfast goods at its own storefront for over a year now, and the croissants have already been rated as among the best this city has to offer."
SFist: "It's got its faults and some sketchy characters, but it's THE park of SF, period. It's got it all: stadium, conservatory, and some of the finest patches of grass on which to trip your balls off."
Mari: "One of my favorite places in San Francisco. Beautiful views, little trails to explore and super dog friendly."
Adena Brenowitz: "Great views on the coast from high up but you can access the beach by a steep walk down some stairs. The main attraction is all the DOGS! Also cool to see hang gliders."
Priscilla Leung: "Amazing place to see the sunset but go at least half an hour before the reported sunset time for the day. Twin peaks obstructs the full view so it appears to set "earlier" here."
Scott Eaton: "Strangely warm summer night in the fog, the hill to myself, the highway drone, and the million lights that make up the rolling hills below. I am a mosquito."
Pacific Union: "This recently remodeled park offers killer views, tennis courts, picnic tables, and a new children’s play structure and water feature. Fido will love the off-leash area, too."
Emily Faraone: "This park has incredible views all the way around. A perfect spot for hanging with friends or reading. There are also usually lots of dogs!"
