Kölsch is warm fermented with top-fermenting yeast, then conditioned at cold temperatures like a lager.

Brewed with 100% Centennial hops from the Pacific Northwest and named after the Two Hearted River in Michigan's Upper Peninsula, this IPA is bursting with hop aromas ranging from pine to grapefruit from massive hop additions in both the kettle and the fermenter. Perfectly balanced with a malt backbone and combined with the signature fruity aromas of Bell's house yeast, this beer is remarkably drinkable and well suited for adventures everywhere.

When the sun sets early, nothing beats a cozy brew enjoyed by a cozy fire – so we put that feeling in a beer! This German sour ale becomes a winter favorite with the addition of the sweet flavors of blackberry. Tartness from kettle-souring with Lactobacillus gives the beer the same dry, crisp quality of those cool evenings.

The legends are true: Brooklyn Black Ops is real, and it is delicious. The 2019 vintage is aged in Four Roses Small Batch Bourbon barrels, emerging with deep chocolate and coffee notes and a rich underpinning of vanilla-like oak. It's a legend in a glass.
