Mixed by hand so they are flakey & not tough. Our scones can’t be beat.

Buttery croissants

Baked fresh every morning. Choose from almond, chocolate, butter & raspberry & cheese.

Cinnamon Rolls

Big gooey sweet rolls made w/ white bread dough & lots of cinnamon & sugar & icing on top.

Blueberry lemon, raisin, cranberry orange, lemon coconut are some of the varieties that we make every day.

Egg Salad on a croissant. Pete & Gerry’s organic free range eggs. Hellman’s Mayo, diced onion, salt, pepper & nothing else. Served on a bed of lettuce on top of a butter croissant.

Fresh baby spinach, tomato, carrots, red onion, red & green pepper, feta cheese, oven roasted pecans, & a hard boiled egg.

Stonyfield farm nonfat vanilla yogurt layered w/ fresh strawberries & blueberries. Try some w/ our home made granola.

Pizza

We also serve Pizza by the slice daily until it’s gone. The large sheet pans of thick crust, homemade marinara & mozzarella cheese start coming out of the oven at 11 am.

In the colder weather we make soup. Black bean & veggie chili & sweet potato corn chowder are our most popular types.

Date or Raspberry Oatmeal Bars

An oatmeal & brown sugar crust & topping encase a layer of date filling or raspberry preserves. These almost healthy bars are also vegan.

Magic bars

Also known as 7 layer bars, these are made w/ a graham cracker crust, coconut, butterscotch chips, chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, walnuts & sweetened condensed milk. So sweet, but so good.

Pecan Shortbread Squares

Rich, buttery shortbread topped w/ chopped pecans & a honey brown sugar sauce.

Lemon Bars

Shortbread crust w/ tart lemon filling made from lemons that we squeeze ourselves, dusted w/ powdered sugar.

Chocolate Oaties

A thick, chewy oatmeal crust is topped w/ a rich layer of chocolate & then more oatmeal topping is piled on top.

Cream Cheese Brownies

My mother’s recipe.‎ Dark fudge brownie w/ a cheese cake topping. Some customers are reduced to tears when we sell out of these.

Congratulations on your special celebration. We offer a specific selection of our most popular cakes as wedding cakes. We make two sizes that will accommodate up to fifty servings. We do not make larger cakes.

We make incredibly delicious cakes created from the finest available ingredients: Fresh cream, pure butter, Belgian chocolate. Our cakes are simple, yet rich & elegant. As taste is paramount, we do not use fondant, do intricate decorating & use as little food coloring as possible. We do decorate w/ fresh fruit, fresh flowers from your florist, & chocolate.
