Plenty of equipment, but get there early (6-7am) when it's not as packed. Watch out for the old guy in the yellow shirt who takes too many paper towels and stays on the chest press for half an hour.

It's great for families and kids. The Sit and Play is great for kids and the people that work there love kids.

Great place to get healthy. Daycare is great too. We'll worth the price. Great Staff.
