Your Appointment
We want all of our clients to have the best experience possible at Deeda. Please arrive on time to your appointment so that you may receive your full service. rescheduling may be necessary if you are running more than 15 minutes behind.
Returns and Modifications
Products may be exchanged or returned for salon credit only. If you require a modification to your hair following your service you have one week to call and reserve an appointment. If you are adding something to the service received you will be charged accordingly.

Dreadlocks and dreadlock touch ups are available upon request and by specific stylists. Consultation is required.
Cancellations
In the case that you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. If you fail to notify the salon properly, you will be charged 50% of the total service.
