They are off airport so allow Xtra time. If you're a Dollar Express member don't expect the typical quick service. When I arrived, and returned, there was only one person staffing both counters.

They 'accidentally' cancelled a prepaid order and wouldn't rebook it. 3 days after returning the same car I rebooked at a higher price corporate doesn't show that it's been returned. Service sucks.

Terrible service, rude workers, and we rented an SUV in advance and they gave us a minivan. Don't come here.
